Dear all,

Thank you all for your contributions to a productive meeting on Wednesday!

Based on the meeting and earlier discussions, we've set aside wiki space for several teams to prepare for specific aspects of a June pilot run.

Maruyama, Allen Odian, Dave Meekins, Bogdan Wojtsekhowski, Alan Gavalya, Ed Folts

  • Optics Target Configuration and Calibration: Jin Huang, Doug Higinbotham, John LeRose, Vincent Sulkosky

Over the next few days, we'll be sending additional summary and coordination information for the current effort to prepare for a pilot run in June. Please let us know where you're interested in helping with the ongoing efforts, as the teams are still forming.

The collaboration list has been revised, so welcome to everyone new!

The next meeting is scheduled for March 10.
